Chronic Trace brings objective neurological assessments out of the specialist's office and onto the sideline, field, pitch, rink, the training facility and the ER.

***Chronic Trace runs on any smart-device and guides coaches, athletic trainers, clinicians, etc., through a battery of objective assessments:

• Cognition: processing speed attention & executive control (Trail Making & Stroop Interference)
• Oculomotor: saccades, smooth pursuit, convergence, fixation stability
• Simple Reaction time with randomized inter-stimulus intervals
• Balance: sway path & center of balance drift

Results then roll into a composite index and get tracked against each subject's own baseline ... over time with risk guidance to support return-to-play and referral decisions.
